Thank you for contacting us, i.e., me!
This note is a bit long but you'll be glad you read it.
Please understand that I spend a lot of time writing, traveling and brewing and in between all of that I like to take time to quietly ponder my belly button lint (yetis tend to have a lot). I will do my best to respond to your inquiry in a timely manner but my response could take some time or I may neglect it altogether due to being overwhelmed by life.
If you are interested in having me present at an event and don't hear back from me in a timely manner, please feel welcome to send me a nudge.
If you are seeking brewing advice, or any advice whatsoever for that matter, please understand that there are a lot of factors involved in each person's brewing adventures. Thus I'm not always able to troubleshoot every issue. Just take a deep breath, be a Viking and have a homebrew. You're a Viking after all; you can do this!
Or, alternatively, I recommend these forums for mead and wild fermentation troubleshooting:

Thanks for reading and, as always, Skal!
