This is a rundown of the brew day in Bend, Oregon I shared with Mika Laitinen of brewingnordic.com and Seth Klann of Mecca Grade Estate Malt during my 2019 Viking Yeti Beer Tour. What an honor to brew this super unique beer with some true modern brewing legends. I wish a hearty skål to them all!
